Common questions
Will the insert damage my cabinetry?+
No. The insert is secured with removable 3M VHB tape and a front friction lip — no drilling, no permanent modification. It can be lifted out for deep cleaning.
Is the insert compliant with infection-control guidance?+
The design follows CDC Guidelines for Infection Control in Dental Health-Care Settings: all bin walls are flat, vertical, fully wipeable surfaces with no horizontal ledges that collect debris.
How long does the whole process take?+
The audit takes 15 minutes. After measurement and your design approval, printing takes 6–10 hours per insert and installation is a single visit of under 20 minutes per drawer.
Do I have to buy the software with the insert?+
No. Drawer inserts and GDC Supply are available separately. The full system is recommended because the software maps to the insert's compartments — but each works on its own.
