I spent 16+ years inside a Queens dental practice — running the schedule, setting up operatories, managing inventory, and keeping workflow moving across a full day of patients. Not as a consultant. As the practice manager who lived inside the room.

In that time I watched the same bottlenecks repeat: drawers mis-set between turnovers, SOPs living in one person's head, procedures slowed by small bits of friction that compound across a day. I built Garcia Dental Consulting to fix that — drawer systems, clinical SOPs, and supply workflows designed by someone who actually worked chairside.
